Sharing Space is an open space at the University of Applied Arts Vienna that enables students from all departments to come together, meet and share. The project started with an artistic research
project by students of the Cross-Disciplinary Strategies master‘s program.

After several months of active research, a first prototype of Sharing Space has been presented at the Angewandte Festival 2022. Due to its success, the room was permanently implemented and supported by the university in the following years. Through initiating several open calls, students were brought together to co-design and co-create the space.
